Dear team/sir/madam
I have purchased nycil germ expert cool (Quantity 2) on apr-11th 2020 there was an free item along with the item, but store people said not arrived our store and they written as 2 free nycil powder 50 grams - due by the shop keeper refer receipt attached, and they said they will give when stock will come to our store so i visited frequently since april for asking the free items, they always saying as no stock, not received yet from warehouse or something else,,, and they not even caring my requirement.
Actually i was enquired in other shops where near to apollo store - every one having free items except these duvvada apollo store.
Why other stores having these free items and not your store when these are not available you should not sell incomplete items, that day i have an urgency that is the reason i took with out free item and appolo store keeper promissed to give the free items by writing on receipt and i was happy for that but my question is why you dosent have free items in stock while other all kirana nad medical stores having these free items

My suggestion is that, heare after who ever it may be face this issue kindly dont do like this ...because i am 29 years old so i can run to and fro from store to my home, if this situation faced by our parents how they can get assistance please think about this make aware to all appolo store staff.
