[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — excess payment

Dear Sir, I had purchased 4 strips of 10 each STATIX-40 tablet from Apollo Pharmacy, Neeladri Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar on 06/02/2014. The price in the stripe is Rs.215.00 for three stripes(Batch no:BPDP13014) and Rs.236.00 for one strip(Batch no:BPDP13031).But, they gave me one manual bill for Rs.236.00 for each strip mentioning batch no:BPDP13031.When I insisted for computerised bill, they told that computer prices are erroneously high. I checked the details only at hom after 4 days when I looked into it.I have not complained for Rs.63/-(Rs.21/-excess charged for strip *3=Rs.63/-). But, I am sorry that instead of checking details, they misguided me that computer is erroneously charging high due to feeding error.But, I presume computer was right and it was showing less but by seeing only one stripe they reached the conclusion that other stripe may be same and prefered to issue a manual bill and misguided that computer is erroneously showing high due to feeding error.It may please be looked into.
