The apollo pharmacy branch in kukatpally hyderabad always refuses to do home delivery saying they do not have staff available. I think apollo should withdraw their franchise from them as they are not following standards of delivery and timelines as mentioned on the apollo website. There seem to be no quality checks on deliverables by apollo on customer centricity. It just forces customers to go to other pharmacies.

Today also i wanted to order viscodyne d, tissue box and garnier fructis shampoo but they refused to do home delivery at rainbow vista apartments kukatpally saying they do not have staff.
