Extremely bad customer service experience. I was sold a defective vaporiser. I expressed my doubts while buying but was convinced by staff that it would work and asked me to return if there were issues

this is Apollo brand customer service? Looks like the management is giving out franchises to uncouth ill mannered franchise owners.
The attitude of the owner was I don't have to answer to any body? Apollo team are you listening?
Three people who were in the shop with me walked at the rude behavior...
