[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — medicines not delivered

My order id[protected] was ordered on 12th dec and till today i. E. 21st december i have not received the medicines. On checking with the customer care, they told me that medicines were marked as delivered, but i have not recd the medicines. Also the "track your order" does not show any details. I have called the customer care almost 10 times and everytime they say that backend team has not responded.
This is heights of deficiency in service by apollo.
