[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — No refund against cancellation by the company

I made an order [ no:[protected] ] on 17.05.2020 against prepayment of Rs.926.25. They confirmed it but while tracking the order on 19.05.2020 I suddenly came to know that it was cancelled by them without informing me any reason whatsoever for the cancellation.I send an email to know the reason but they did not even responded .I tried to contact them by phone but their customer care representative was unable to give any valid answer to me even he did not give any information regarding the refund process.Few days passed and on 25.05.2020 again I made a call to them but this time, to my utter surprise, they intentionally disconnected the phone several times.I have never ever experienced such a rude and insensitive behavior from customer care executive.
They unilaterally cancelled the order without citing any reason for that and now they are equally least bothered about the refund process.How this company is running after all ?Are they don't have any fair trade policy?They are simply running their business keeping their valued customers are in dark.
What I experienced, that they are intentionally harassing the customers which they are not supposed to do.
Till today(25.05.2020) they do not refunded the money and totally non cooperative and insensitive, with customer support managed by unprofessional persons.
Using this platform I simply narrate my ordeal with a hope that people think twice before placing their order to this company because this field is very important which demand great responsibility which I think these people are incapable of shoulder with.
