We are using Apollo app in the mane of our daughter Ms. Tilottama Banerjee. We have booked three orders on 25th March 2020 having order values Rs. 1061.2, Rs. 6084 and Rs. 207. We have spent over one month, but a single order has not yet delivered.
Order amount Rs. 207 was already refund to our account. But, other two orders (Rs. 1061.2 and Rs. 6084) were neither delivered nor refund the amount to our account.

We are communicating with Apollo customer care over phone from last couple of weeks without any proper resolution and receiving harassment & misguidance from them. As per customer care representative's information, both orders are cancelled by Apollo 24x7. But, App showing miss information.
We have also sent mails to Apollo customer services in below mail IDs on 22nd April:

Even after several reminders, we are not yet received any support form customer service.
Still we are awaiting for our desire refund of total Rs. 7145.2. Thus, we are seeking your support to resolve this matter urgently.
