Complaint about the non-credit of a refund for medicines purchased which are expiring soon
Dear Sir/Madam,
1.0 I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery of medicines from your company. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that all the medications were expiring soon in few days. As a customer who relies on these medicines for my health, I find this situation unacceptable.
It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that the products delivered to customers are of the highest quality and freshness. In this case, medicines were not properly checked before dispatch and I was concerned about their efficacy and safety.
2.0 In response to my above complain, as per your email, refund has been initiated for my order as below.

3.0 However, uptill now, about one and half month passed, I have not received any refund. I have also inquired with the bank but bank informed that no credit of refund is made from your company. I have also submitted bank account statement for verification at your end. But, I have not received any update on the status of my refund. I have also requested to inform in which bank and account number it has been credited.

I am writing to express my frustration with the non-credit of my refund for the medicines. As you may recall, I have written number of emails, reminders and phone calls. However, despite numerous attempts to follow up on my refund, I have not heard any positive from your side. It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that refunds are processed in a timely and efficient manner. In this case, I feel that your company has failed to provide the level of customer service that is expected from a reputable business.
So, I request you take immediate action to credit my refund for the medicines.
