I had placed an order on the apollo pharmacy online portal on 20th january 2019 which has not been delivered till date (01 mar 2019).
I have been sending follow up mails since 1 month which has been unsatisfactory. They gave tracking no[protected] for ecom express and when contacted courier they said they returned item to apollo and apollo not responding to any of the emails i have sent after that. Its been month

If apollo pharmacy cannot fulfill the order they should have the decency to inform the customer so that the customer can make alternate arrangements. Or should refund the amount.
Very very bad experience. Total waste of time
