I have ordered (#[protected] through Apollo pharmacy on 14th Oct 2024 via express delivery and the delivery date shown at the time of order was 14th Oct 2024 but till date i did not receive the order.Have neither got the product nor any communication about expected delivery date.
Reached out to Apollo customer care multiple times and requested escalation on the delay and delivery of the order. I was assured that the respective action will be taken to resolve this but nothing happened.
I've asked why was not communicated of this and why the app is still showing will be delivered soon. there was no response .
what action was taken on my complaints till date . no response.
Will it occur again, no response.
what should do if this repeats again . no response.
The medicines din't get delivered till 17'Oct so I reached out to the customer care multiple times and had repeatedly requested them to cancel the order as they were not delivering the medicines. They said they will cancel the order and created a ticket #3412363 on 15'Oct and have escalated to the concerned team for the cancellation of the order. I have been following up with the customer support team for the order cancellation but they said they have an SLA of 24 hrs and then 48hrs have passed still neither medicines got delivered nor the order is cancelled.
Very pathetic service from Apollo, its delivery partners and Customer support. All the customer support team/supervisors sing a standard song called 'Apologies and sorry for the inconvenience' with no basic ethics but take no initiative to resolve this issue. Worst customer services support team I have ever come across.
Just because I have circle membership, I have ordered thru Apollo Pharmacy and I must say this membership itself is a fraud in broad daylight.
I have all the phone conversations with apollo customer service and the screenshots of expected delivery dates.
