Apollo Pharmacy — Payment Refund of Double time payment made

On March 4, 2021, I (Yogita) have purchased my medicines against which I have made GooglePay payments twice. Initially @12.02 PM and another @12.15PM.
When I have made payment first time @12.02 PM, the payment in GPay application showed "PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL" "COMPLETED, but Apollo Executive Lady Ms. Shalini refused that payment is not shown in computer system. Hence, we waited for few minutes, checked again but executive gave the same reply.
I showed them again Gpay screen, My payment transaction sms received from my bank "axis bank", mentioning Rs.814/- is deducted from your bank account, But they denied to receive such payment.
I was in need of my medicines as it is to be taken daily, and I was out of fund, hence, I asked my cousin to transfer me money, and after that I again paid Rs.814/- to Apollo Pharmacy with GooglePay @12.15 PM, against which they gave me my medicines.
I asked them about Rs.814/- paid firstly when they can refund and they told me that please check your bank account and GPAY transaction, in 3 Days, they will refund.
I was sure that in GPAY if transaction amount is IN PROCESSING, then it can be refunded in bank account, but here in GPAY also, transaction status was showing COMPLETED. i.e. payment is already credited to their account.
Still I waited for 3 Days, no amount was returned. Hence, after 7 Days, on March 10, I once again went at store and asked about the status of transaction. if they have received it then they can refund me. But the executive there named VISHAL asked me to check and wait for 7 working days.
During this time, I also contacted my Axis bank twice to resolve this issue. Bank executive told me that payment status is Successful. your amount is already deducted from your account. Hence, only APOLLO Pharmacy can refund you this amount, so please check with Apollo store.
Now, as the Apollo executive VISHAL asked me to wait for 7 working days, I went there on March 24, (20 Days after the issue occurred) to know if the problem is solved or not and I can get money or not.
He once again asked me to wait for 2 Days, saying that he will email to higher authority and get back to me within 2 Days. For the same, he once again took the transaction details of GPAY payment made by me of Rs.814/-.
Today when we inquired about the same, He said that we cannot do anything. It is your fault in making payment through GPAY. Ask your bank to handle this issue. Our Apollo pharmacy has not received any payment.
I asked him it has been long time now, my bank has already informed that only Apollo store will refund your money. Then he simply refused to refund the money saying we cannot do anything. If you want to talk you can talk to our Manager, but reply will be the same. We have not received any payment hence, we shall not refund you the money.
The behaviour of Mr. Vishal and Ms. Shalini was not appropriate.
I am feeling like purchasing medicine and making payment twice keeping faith in Store executives was a mistake. But I was needed my medicines and never thought of such bad behaviour of Apollo Pharmacy executives.
After lingering the matter for 23 Days, now they are clearly denying to help in refund.

I hope by submitting complaint through this portal will help me to solve my issue.
