[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — pharmacy guy careless behavior and cheating people without giving bill.

Hi team,

I have a complaint to be made regarding the purchase that i made in apollo pharmacy. I went to the cbi road pharmacy in banglore 560032. I went there and ordered medicine of 728/- i have made payment with airtel money because there is a offer of digital thermometer. Person who is in pharmacy has not given the thermometer saying he does not have stock. I asked write on the bill that "you dont have stock, come collect tomorrow or when the stock is available". He rejected me, even though i said that i will complain. He did not show me the stock inventory also what is the proof that he does not have stock?

When i said i will complain he said without fear go ahead and give complaint.

One more example: i have also seen that, to one of the other customer he has given medicine without bill.

Pharmacy supervisor has called me and delivered the thermometer to my House. Keep the good work going on!!. this kind of service is required for India!!
