Apollo Pharmacy — refund for my product

I purchased a product and paid for it 60 rupees. But due to out of stock the order was cancelled on 26. But they didnt informed me from their side through any official mail or messege. I call them around 6times. They ensure me everytime that we will take your messege higher authority and grant the refund but no conformation mail has been received till now. So please take a initial step about this refund process.
