[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — refund for undelivered product

Sir,
My order no.[protected] was placed on 27th november, 2019. The order was confirmed and i even paid for the product *apollo pharmacy super fresh gel toothpaste actifresh peppermint 80g* total 6 for the above product through the online servicing portal. The amount was deducted from my debit card as well. And now it has been more than a week i am constantly calling the customer care for the delivery details but are unable to process my request. I am greatly disappointed with the services and without further ado i would like my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I request to change my phone number of my one apollo atm card...and it department trying to make fool of me...they lying 3 time ... they changed my number... but the number is still not changed... i want strict action against ypur it team...for their incompitent behavior...
