[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — refund is not done

I had ordered on apollo app on 23rd march. My order number is[protected].
The order was cancelled without any intimation on 26th march. I had checked it on 29th march and started writing to them through app, whatsapp and mail. No one is feeling responsible and my money is not refunded even after 40+days.
In this tough times if you they arrnot able to deliver products, we can understand. At the same time apollo pharmacy should understand every rupee is important to us during this period.
Why are they not returning our hard earned money.
