Apollo Pharmacy — Refund not initiated

I have canceled my online booking order of medicine purchased on Apollo Pharma app through my mobile on Saturday 20th August 2022 immediately within few hours of purchase. The order number was[protected]. The company accepted the return and accordingly mentioned the refund will happen in 1-2 business working days. However, there was no refund of my amount and accordingly I raised a request for refund with ticket id 1099538 on 22 August. Since then I'm repeatedly following up with them for refund but there is no response from the pharmacy. Their customer care number is never available and non responsive. I feel cheated by Apollo Pharma. Appropriate action needs to be taken against such companies who cheat people.
