Complaint marked as Resolved After one month struggle (Daily called the customer support and the regular follow up), I have got my money back.
Thank you so much who are all helped me in this.
Special thanks to Mr. Varun (The customer care executive) who have taken much effort to fix this issue.
Thank you so much Mr. Varun (The customer care executive) and Mr. Srinivas (Varun's Manager) for your words and effort.
After one month struggle I have got my money back, Thank you customer support.
All these struggle due to the sales person Mr. Lokesh, His supervisor Mr.Sakthivel and His Manager Mr. Vinoth kumar.
Mr. Lokesh (Given a false commitment on the time of transaction and the difference between the original bill and the return medicine bill)
Mr. Sakthivel (Given false commitment at the time of purchase and not given the solution and blocked my number)
Mr. Vinoth Kumar (Not given support and blocked my number, As a Manager if he gave a proper solution, This much stress would not be there)
Kindly take necessary action on the person who are in the responsible position.
