In my town sales boys in the pharmacy are selling medicine for prices higher than the mrp deliberately since one and a half years and for uneducated senior citizens this problem is even more and i myself had caught the sales boy 2 times for doing this for me and they are not even adding points for buying medicines in apollo membership system and they are adding it to their accounts and telling a story for me if i ask about points to be added for my account and they are very rude to the customers it’s an serious issue to consider because daily hundreds of customer visit apollo just imagine the scale of malpractices happening i have taken time from my busy life to complaint about this and i wish the same thing to be reciprocated from your side or else i will go to consumer court with video footage proofs and i am not challenging you it’s your duty to provide fair price for a customer and you have failed as this is a village no one cares to complaint and that has been story so far and not from now on.
