I have ordered an Oximeter online on 27th May 2021. The product was delivered on 27th May 2021. On receipt of the same, I have checked the product and it was not working. Immediately I have called up Appollo customer care and raised the complaint and received a message saying that a return request was created. From that day onwards I am repeatedly calling customer care people to know the status, no one turned up, and nor the product is taken back.
I have placed this product for my mother who was a corona positive patient. I have ordered this product at a crucial time. You know how this product is important for a covid 19 patient. It was very painful the service of your Apollo pharmacy people rendered to me.
Apollo pharmacy is selling damaged products to the public. Till date everyday I am calling, no proper response. Was this information helpful? |
