[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — staff misbehave

I visited apollo pharmacy located at malik chambers hyderguda hyderabad, this phqrmacy staff donot have basic manners to talk to customers, highly regretting behavior of the staff. They treat us as if we are purchasing medicine free of cost. Also they are cheating in billing. My bill amt was 317/_ they asked me to pay 400/_. When asked to recalculate my total they agreed that by mistake they added other medicine also. This stop staff has to behave otherwise they must be retained from there jobs.

Pharmacist forgot to give free strip of gelusil, along with syrup causing inconvenience to me to again go back to pharmacy to get it. Is he forgetting to give it to everybody or is he selling the product outside
