We had a boy/nurse who came in to clean the room steal an iphone from the room. Since we could track the iphone using "find my phone" we were confident it was in the hospital and after much persuasion, the supervisor was able to get the phone from the boy who stole it.
I was not in the room and came in next morning to find out the details. It was my family that had to go through the traumatic experience.
To make matters worse, the supervisor of the ward (Mr. Praveen) was not even aware of it and when asked how could he not know about incidents taking place under his nose, he started preaching me.
Irrespective i have lost my trust and faith in apollo hospitals. Was this information helpful? |
