Never Ever I have seen this kind of poor service where customer is chasing about his refund
Since last 25 working days but u guys are not ready to pay nor update the status...

I have taken the medicine on 13 Nov 20 and same has been returned on 14 Nov 20 as still not get my refund amount Rs.691 as all my details given to ur customer care on 14 Nov 20 and talked to them 10-15 time eg Meghna Sujata Neha Kumud but all are unable to resolve my queries.

Tell me till when I will get my refund or sud I complaint to ombudsman ??

Very Very Pathetic customer service ur team are providing to customers.
Never ever I have seen this kind of service.
