[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — very rude and egoistic employee

I live in court more, asansol, wb area. Today i went to purchase 1 medicine, the person over there name "j n bannerjee" (Not sure obout the name) Showed extremely rude behavior. He didnt evem seen the wrapper of medicine and reply that "we dont have this medicine" i asked him "ok tell me the name of medicine so that i can search it for in any other medicine shop" he replied "i dnt know the name" my issue is, when he dont know the name or cant read the name of medicine how he can say that he dont have this medicine and his behavior was not acceptable at all. Kindly look into the issue and i need a response from your side on your action. Your toll free number and 1 more number mentioned on your website is not working properly. Thank you.
