I am a regular customer to this apollo pharmacy near my house at gs palya, konappana agrahara, electronics city, bangalore 560100 and so have accumulated few oneapollo points.
Today, i purchased a medicine worth rs.60 so used these points and when i asked for the bill they said since i didn’t make any payment from my end so no bill. Why is it so, what logic is it? See bill is for my records. This outlet always has proper with alternate payment methods. As a customer we get to see double standards. When i questioned then they try to stop us saying don’t talk such logics. This is not my first issue with this outlet. I have experienced such issue before too.
Is it not a customers right to get the bill for every transaction, it should be given even before customer asks for but here even after asking they get angry and give baseless reasons so i have to fight to get my bill.
