I have 2 issues with this order. Order id :[protected]
1) i ordered 15 tablets teniva m but received 10 tablets tenelnat m.
2) i asked for return through customer care phone on friday. But no one picked up yet.
How will you alter the medicine which is not in the prescription without even checking with us?
Whenever i contact your customer care, it's always not reachable.
I contacted chat service, they told me it was escalated and will get back to me on monday (June 8). But its been 4 days (June 12) no resolution.
It's been 2 weeks i received the medicine, this is how you serve customer and there is no customer service at all.
I'm chasing in all possible ways but no response from apollo customer service side.
Really unhappy with apollo pharmacy service. Please resolve this asap.
