[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — wrong product provided

I went to your store at janta store, bapu nagar, JAIPUR the pharmist standing there recommended a gel tube for fungel infection. Saying that this is best, I asked him to give me tube recommended by dr. To me. He said take this, this is better. Today I went back to the store saying please replace this as this is not suiting me. The person refused to do that, and I also asked there manager to check the availability of the product that was asked by me. The product was there on that day also. But they gave me a different product.

This is complete cheating. Please explain.
