Hi,
During lockdown, I had ordered medicines.
Delivery person delivered some other order medicine.
And as it was covid times, I asked him to leave package at outside and paid the amount.
Later my actual delivery came. That also delivery person asked me to pay as he dont have any contact with Apollo app. So I paid.
When raised complaint with apollo customer care/both Phone and mail id, They are not able to understand this issue.
Some knowledgable person should read this once to understand what happened.
I still have the wrong delivery products with me, Which I want to return.
And I want to get the money back(refund) for the first Wrongly delivered products.
