Dear Sir

I have purchased new car hyundai creta just 2 months back in which I have received Apollo alnac 4G tyres fitted by the company. My 2 tyres got bursted due to collision with foreign particles. I send my car tyres through car maker store Shri shakun hyundai bharatpur to your apollo tyre c & f
Bharatpur Rajasthan -321001 but your store incharge is denying to provide me new tyres unless my tyres are covered under unconditional warranty. But he is saying that since tyres are come with the new car only and not purchased from the dealer so tyres will not covered under warranty. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible unless I will go to the consumer forum against Apollo tyres as this is a safety matter to customer and unethical practice of harrasment of customers by the company and your distributor at Kumher gate BHARATPUR.

I had bought 3 Tyre's from a dealer M/s Panda Tyre's from Bhubaneswar unfortunately one tyre brust while i was returning from my home town. I had complained this to dealer and made a complain to Apollo Tyre over phone. I had already visited the dealer thrice but not getting any solution. Again called to service center they have provided me a slot to visit the engineer at the dealer for check up. I had visited the dealer but engineer was not present at that time, i called him . He behaved in a rude way and told me he is not available. and asked me to visit after 3 hrs, i again requested him but he replied me who had given you the time slot you ask him. its very frustrating to visit again and again. i have already spend Rs. 3000.00 to visit the dealer .

My new hyundai creta sxo automatic tyres by apollo 17inches given by hyundai india, the tyre was blasted due to small sharpen edge, tyres was very new and i purchased my car 4months back, just driven 4500kms, only, i was too unhappy with ur manfacturing, even small sharpen edge tyre was totally destroyed, poor manfacturing.unhappy .need an reply from this

My front left tyre of newly bought Skoda Superb (delivery on 5th April 2022) which has just run 2500kms has a huge bulge and tear from the rim. A complaint has been registered for the same and an initial prognosis was that the tyre must have gone over a pothole. Potholes are very common in India and there is no point of claiming a 2 year unlimited warranty if tyres have a rip after just 2500kms. The quality of tyres comes under question here. Although the final report has not yet been generated, it's a sad experience to go through this situation.

This is my pan full duty to inform that my complaint no-2364744 not resolved to till now while we come near doing the Accident due to Your Tyre faulty.

Now i have no way to get my compensation except to go the consumer Court.

Please get revert within 4 hr otherwise i will be register the case against You in consumer court.

The tyre approx run only 6k km .As rainy season going on sometimes we have to land in pit holes or in water logged hole. Stuff of tyre is easily assessing for puncture and multiple puncture seen

It is submitted that I purchased Tata Harrier on April 2021 from PANCHKULA Tara motors registered on name Anil verma (CHO1CD1257).I am literally pissed off with the quality of the tyre as lat night tyre got stuck into the dig and got burst.Moreover, when I went to the agency they refused to replace the same which make me felt not worth the product that I purchased and making Me harrased.Due to which M going to file a case against TATA MORORS & Apollo Tyres.

Purchased 215/75/15/ Apollo Altrust T/T/LT Apollo Tyre for my traveller on 16th October 2019 from Kozhikode Kerala. the vehicle has run less than 15000 km . But within the warranty time or within warranty period km the tyre got ruptured. The tyre shop owner or manufacturer is refusing to replace the damaged tyre. This is a blatant violation of natural justice and against principles of contact agreement. As we are poor and no one to hear our pathetic situation there is no other way to redress our complaint.
Because of COVID pandemic we are finding very difficult to meet our ends and means
Please do the needful to replace the tyre at the earliest

I have taken 4 tyre of Apollo Company in the name of my company Malhar Enterprises for my car Honda Jazz dated October-2021. But not even 6 months have passed since the tyre burst on the car. Then showing the tire from the shop from which I bought it, asked them to send me to Apollo company and gave them the complain docket no. 3759 dt. Given on[protected].

Then from the go down of Company, Surat of Apollo Company. Called on 06-08-22 and gave them a message that your complaint has been rejected. And they told me that flat tyre is not in our warranty policy.

I have 2 cars one Honda Jazz and another Toyota Fortuner both cars have tyres of Apollo company we, customer don't know the policy in your details, we know the warranty period. A tyre burst in a running car is called the company's fault and that too in the warranty period. If you provide such service, we and our friends and relatives will never buy tires from your company in future and a negative message will be sent to your company.

So please humbly request that you reconsider and give a positive answer.

I had bought new Apollo 130/17R 70 tyre for my apache bike 2months back in May. Due to unknown reasons(manufacturing Defects) the tyre get torned from all around. I want replacement of my tyres.
Dealer (Satna Tyre House GST no.23BETPS9626A1Z7) is not taking tyres back for claim for the reason I lost my original bill of purchase. Kindly help me

I had bought four Apollo Adpeterra HP tyres for my Nissan Terrano on 24 March 2022 from Soshil Motors Dehradun with proper billing. All four tyres have developed bulges. The tyres comes with five years warranty. But in little more than a year all tyres have been found defective. On approaching Soshil Motors, he altogether declined to honour his promise of five years warranty. On approaching Apollo customer care, they have provided me names of two authorised dealer Malik Tyres and Manik Tyres. On contacting them, I was told that in front Tyres the threading is almost vanished therefore these can't be replaced which was shocking to me. Balance two tyres which seems to be in good condition but having bulge (one of them was used just two months back as same was kept as spare) would be replaced on pro rata basis. But both the dealers have shown there inability to replace due to non availability of these tyres for the last three weeks and uncertain about there availability in future. On approaching third Apollo dealer SJ Tyres, I was told that all four tyres need to be removed and forward to company for inspection which may may take upto one week or so which is not feasible for me. The Apollo boast of smooth customer support but however on ground it was a very painful experience for me in Dehradun. I recommend all the customers to check the credentials and support base n other such relevant details before going for Apollo tyres otherwise after spending Rs 30k still I am wandering.. Not done...will never ever recommend anyone to buy Apollo tyres. Thank you

Id purchased the tyre of my dumper from the shop located in betul mp which is vishal interprises they aren't ready to exchange the product and even not listening the things of customer id purchased the tyre in the morning of 22/07/2022..please try to sort out this matter

I have purchased a tata youhda camper in the month of April 2022 but the tyres where of your company these tyres got with in two months I request you kindly replace the tyres or I will approach to consumer court

I purchased Maruti Baleno Zeta on 09 Sep 2021 from NEXA (Perfect Auto, Rajkot, Gondal Road and completed 5999 km in 10 months. On 13 July I along with my family are traveling to Bhavnagar. On road driver side rear tire sidewall cut suddenly. I pushed break and stopped my car. So by luck no damage and injury.

Tyre is totally new condition. Also my car is well maintained it run only 6000 km in only 9-10 month from purchase date.

I request the Apollo company to do the need full and replace...

I have bought Apollo tyre on October 2021 and last month June 2022 the tyre cracked from side.
I had requested for exchange but your company refused by saying that side cut is not covered in guarantee but at the time of purchase they had conveyed of total warranty.
How could one believe on this type of discrimination after purchasing Apollo tyre.
Being a customer apollo tyre life is 10 month for me as it's not been exchanged.
Currently I have three four wheelers as private and 6 comercial vehicle as I am a c&f operator of Mak Lubricant in the state of jharkhand.
And also I am running a petrol pump at bokaro.
In future I was preparing to open a sales and service station of Apollo for which I had contacted with sales officer of dhanbad but after this situation, I swear I myself and my near and dear ones are not going to purchase or not do any buisness with Apollo tyres.

My car maruti suzuki vitara brezza, which has apollo tyres from the company, which is under warranty now, both the driver side tyres are damaged, the front tyre is bloated and the rear tyre is burst. I have to complain for this, Hope my complaint will be resolved soon.

I Jasmeet Singh purchased tyre Ensutrax MD worth Rs 25000 from Ludhiana.
After 3 months tyre got bursted and company gives us warranty from where tyre is bursted.
I send tyre to company but they rejected tyre.

Dear sir,
I purchased Baleno zeta from dhanbad Jharkhand. While travelling locally front driver side tyre started deflating in middle of journey, then I stopped at a puncture shop to check the cause then it was observed that there was bubble in tyre. Because of which it couldn't be rectify. Then for remaining journey I had to replace this defective tyre by Stepney.

After inspection at nexa service centre, I submitted tyre to apollo authorized dealer at Giridih along with service centre's forwarding letter . After few days I got message saying there is no workmanship defect in tyre.

As far as I belive it is 100 % due to manufacturing defect.

While trying to call the person who checked it, he is replying that it happened due to external impact.
I am 100% sure that there have not been any external impact.

Please consider to re check and as I said it is due to manufacturing defect hence change it.

Pls look into the matter. While I was traveling towards Rishikesh on8/6/22, , my creta car tyre had brocken. I think it happened due to high temperature of atmosphere and hot surface of the road. Consider the matter for further improvement of the prodect.
