I received the JBL neck earphones on 21/09/2021, and opened them on 22/09/2021. The earplugs of the earphones are just not comfortable and the ears hurt excruciatingly when worn.
Please replace them with a different version of earphones that have different earplugs than the ones that this product already has. So that at least I can get the worth of the amount paid towards them and can be used for the very purpose they were purchased for.
I am in a fix because your policy says that these are non returnable and only replaceable incase of some issues in the earphones.
There is a lot of inconvenience caused due to the product I bought. Please consider this request, or else refund the money to the bank account.
