I ordered apple earphones from amazon.in in september 2018 which has 1 year of warranty. Few days back the right earphone and volume up down keys stopped working. So i went to apple's authorized service center to solve the issue, they checked the product and said that this earphone is not original so we will not be able to provide any service for this product. I am expecting that this issue resolves quickly and expecting replacement of duplicate product with an original one.
