I have joined the apple fitness ambegaon gym on with annual membership of rs. 6000/-
Out of which i have paid rs 3000/- on 17/12/2019 (They have given me receipt which is not signed)
But due to some unavoidable reason i was unable to continue the gym.
So i approached the gym on 07/01/2020 for discontinuation but i was asked to come later.
After my 2-3 visits they told me that they cant not refund my advance payment as it is against their policy.
However they have nowhere told me or taken my consent about this condition.
After subscription i have visited the gym for 3 times only and they are charging me so heavily.
I also mailed the issue on their official mail id but till date i have not received any response Was this information helpful? |
