Just 4 days have passed i also applied for my address correction, but i can’t contact them by any means. They do not have any contact channel (No phone, no email id or nothing of that kind). Even if you go through their websites’ button option, you will be bullied be the message “you have not availed for our support services”.
Next their escalation link escalation form | applypanonline.com never works. It will show you “invalid ticket id”, because theu issue only reference no, which is “of no use or has no connection with any thing from an applicant’s point of view”.
A few people here claim that they are genuine, if they are genuine, they must have contact no, contact mail id and clear system of listening to customers’ grieviences.
