I had found this website for making changes to my pan. I could not find govt website and hence expected this would make my life simple. I thought this would be strightforward, however it needed my documents to be sent to it which i didn't understand why. Anyway i now found that changes to pan online can be done via nsdl website, i created the request and submitted completely online. No paper work. When i wanted to contact applypanonline, there was no way for me to contact. Email is donotreply, no phone number available, compliant option fails with
