In applied for pan card correction online via www.applypan online.com and paid rs-222
My complaint is related to their support team. They don't have any contact number or any email id to reach them for quieres.
On their website there is option to raise ticket if you have quiry but it doesn't work at all. You can not raise ticket at all.
As i checked reviews also for www.applypan.com website it looks like the site is fake and just robbing money not providing service at all.
Now my concern is how can i get my refund i don't want to go with this. Don't feel secure unless i received any contact number or email to take follow-up with them. I want my money back from them or else provide me support so i can keep in touch with them via email or contact number.
