I applied for my new pan card through online 7/12/2018 from applypanonline.com. And i took the hard copy of my application. And send it to they giving address. After few days they send (Acknowledgement number for pan application is [protected]). Now i track this given no. S showing wrong acknowledgement no when i try with reference no status showing awaiting for response from 15 day ago. And i also apply for pan card 36 days ago. I have paid rs:222 and postal and online service charge. This online website people cheating me.in this site they given contact no. But i call that no always switch off. They also provide email id, i also mail them but problem not solved. Plz kindly take action for that online website and the portal owner.
