Appu Ghar Gurgaon - Food Court — Not getting assured return since, past 10 months informed project scrapped

I had invested in Appu Ghar Gurgaon food court.. assured return project. I recived my return for first few months. After that I stopped recieving the monthly payment. I have been told that the project is scrapped and the accounts of owner have been seized so I cannot get back my investment and also the monthly assured return.
Please tell what can i expect. how will i get my hard earned money back

Dear investors,

I am also victim of appu ghar management. Let us join to take some legal action jointly.

It has been almost 5 years and the company is neither paying the monthly return, nor have they delivered the project. They diverted all investor money in to the oyster water park which is completely owned by them and are pocketing all the profits.

Please note that after 3 years, even court will not entertain us.
