Aps Rtc — Bus change in the middle of the way

We booked ticket from Hyderabad to Ongole. Service number: 90913. We booked Indra bus but they sent Garuda bus. In the middle of the way, the bus got trouble and stopped. They even not providing any bus for our journey. Please take an action on this
