Apschem/icet Application Fee — I pay application fees two times but not refund and not respond

I am paid application fees in first time i am successfully pay but payment status is pending.So i am pay second time is successful and application is done.But i firstly pay money not refunded .the payment is November 1st, 2022 is not solved my problem. it is still progress . Please respond me as soon as possible.
