[Resolved]  APSEB — Fuse Restoration

Sir, We are residents Kranti Pleasant Apartment, Defence Colony, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, and the Fuse of our Transformer was blown off. We called the Defence Colony APSEB Office No[protected] around 6 am and no body responded to our phone call. Then we sent a note to the above Office through our watchman around 6.30 am, as no body turned up till 10 am, then one of our residents went to the above Office and complained again about the Fuse problem. We were surprised to note that the complaint sent by our watchman was not recorded at all by the staff. As far as our knowledge goes, the above Office is 24 hour service to attend to emergencies, and most of the times no body attends to our phone calls.
