I have iphone 7, 2 years old and it was stopped working since[protected].
When i was trying to charge it is not charging at all.
Then i visited aptronix service center at gachhibowli on[protected] at 5:30 pm, token number is ir00041.
I have explained the problem then they checked it simply said that mother board got damaged, and you have to replace with new phone at 31500 rs.
Then i went to other non aptronix store, just they replaced with charging port and it is working awesome.
My question why those guys are cheating with wrong information and suggesting us to replace new phone. We are spending more than on phone but not getting proper service.
I am requesting to that they have to explain it and why it is working if really mother board got damaged.
As they said, it should not switch on itself but it s working.
They are simply cheating customers. So i want to claim it and make sure that they should do proper service.
