Aqua Care Ion Exacense — Cheating the customers saying they are aqua guard service

I got a call from Aqua care Ion Exacense saying service was due for my water purifier and they said they are from aqua guard.
The technician came and replaced the filters for which I paid 5500. The water purifier started leaking and I called the numbers he asked us to contact if there are any problems.
The numbers were mostly not picked up and when they picked they told they will take care. This went on for a week. Once the person spoke rudely saying I should call the toll free number which never goes through. Then after some shouting from my end he told he will send somebody. Again no action from their end. Next day I got a call from same company saying my service was due. I told them the problem I was facing after the filters were changed. They told they will send a technician but I will have to pay the service charge again. To repair a problem they have created they are asking for service charge.
