Aqua Care & Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd — service boy worst behaviour and not completed the service

I asked for the service from ion exacense Pvt ltd, one boy came for service and he was asked me to change the filter and he said it will cost around 5000 for my 8000rs aqua quard water purifier. Then I refused to change the filter I was asked him to do the basic service. This guy didn't even know how to open and how to close the purifier then I was helped him to close it. Some places he hardly hitted using his screw drive because of it one of the part was broken, water was continuously leaking, he said he will come in 5 mins then that guy left from my home only. I tried to reach the customer care but they're responding irrespectively.its very very bad. Still I am trying to reach some other customers care number I can't able to find any numbers except this [protected].
