I have Aquaguard water purifier UV+ Eureka forbes they give one year service after that he said further i will need AMC and collected 8, 000/-Rs but didn't gave invoice receipt with excuse after 3months i got problem with aquqguard now they are telling board problem and now they are telling electric item is not included in AMC. And took the board with the person thereafter he never returned if we the customer care they started giving excuse will come tomorrow and tomorrow or his grad father expired etc.
They are thief, took 8, 000/- Rs for 2 years AMC and when i got issue for my aquagard he came and let machine open - says he is going to get the part. after that not responding at all not even helpline number supporting on this its a pure scam stay away from these vendors.
Do not get tricked into buying their annual maintenance contract. They are super duper cheats. They will get 8k from you and never respond to your call or message or mail. I am yet to get anyone to come and service my water purifier. Was this information helpful? |
