The product I got delivered by Amazon on 8th June and 9th June it got fixed by the reginal manager (he introduced) Ganesh +[protected]. Ganesh came here with mask but post that he didn't care about the health and safety he started eating in the middle of the work without asking in this covid19 condition. Also he was not at all well maintained his health and safety rules. We let him work bec we want drinking water to newly shifted house. It was an emergency for us. We let him eat because he he said i am working since morning i haven't had my lunch blah blah...also he came at around 2 or 2.30ish. Humanity sake we let him eat and later we sanitised our place.
After around 12 to 14 days it started leaking (white tube) I am calling Ganesh also his manager +[protected] but I have not got the service yet by them. I have raised the complaint to Ganesh on 26th June and he has not been supportive at all. I have waited for his revert with patience for a week now. He even asked to not to complaint in the beginning when he answered the 1st call on 26th June.
Ganesh gave me the executive number on 1st July and asking me to talk to him. but he is not ready to speak to that executive about the issue. We also have the worranty but the company people are asking to pay the money.
Worst ever service I have ever experienced/received in my life.
If possible please help me service the issue of this water purifier as water is leaking and getting wasted.
