Two technicians from aqua world came to service the Kent RO Grand mineral RO water purifier on[protected]
The main technicians name being Fazil. His contact number is[protected]. Claimed to be from Kent RO Aqua world service center. Did an extremely bad job at the servicing and caused a leakage issue and left. Placed old filters. Did not replace all filters and charged exorbitantly.
When I tried reaching out for the leakage issue, they kept cutting my calls and did not help me at all. That confirmed it that they were frauds.
Charged me 7000 and did an extremely bad job.
I request a case be filed against this company and my complete money along with damages and additional expenditure I had to take up for the purifier be charged to the company.
7000 + 5000 = 12000 rupees in total.
