Aquacon water motor automation company which claims to put a machine in the water tank as to stop the wastage of water as if we forget to turn off the motor as the tank fills. It worked for 1-2 weeks and then problem started occurring as it use to turn off the machine before the tank was full. Also, when we called for service for the 1st time it started to work again properly but after 1-2 days only it stopped again for which we had to call for service again and that time the service man came he damaged out our motor. For which they didn't reply to us and did not even sent anyone. This kind of behaviour and circumstances made us in difficulties which created a mess also out time was messed up.
We request the forum to help us, to ask the company to pay our damages.
