Complaint marked as Resolved Havent recieved anything helpful from aramex yet and my shipment is stuck for 10days from 12th may to 22nd may. The whatsapp notification still keeps saying invalid address proof whereas i have sent multiple address proofs including electricity bill, LPG bill, voter id, bank statement and what not. Is your courier co. so dumb to understand the things i have already mentioned earlier? if that is the case i m going to say it againnn...
my govt id has address proof as - Kaliachuk, Kolakhowa whereas the address i have given during the order is Kolakhowa, kaliachuk ? u guys dont understand that? so in order for me to recieve the parcel i have to make another govt document specifically for aramex because u guys are so dumb not to understand and keep repeatedly sending my rejected kyc msgs on whatsapp?
