Submitting a copy of my mail. The mail is unreachable and was undelivered.
I've received a shipment package with DETAILS showing as weight 0.5 kg containing 2 Reading glasses but when I asked the delivery boy to open it after making the payment, it contained only one Reading glass and that too a plastic one instead of the 2 thin malleable metal one I'd ordered online. The weight of even 2 reading glasses cannot be 0.5 kg as mentioned in the Xpressbees invoice. I'm attaching the recording of the unpacking made by the delivery boy and also enclosing the copy of the invoice received pasted on the packet and the photo of the reading glasses and the boxes I've received. Also this is to bring to your notice that there was no copy of the invoice of the company from where I've ordered in the package opened by the Xpress delivery boy. I accepted the delivery as he said I'll have to make a complaint online as he is just a delivery boy which I was convinced.
It was very disgusting to face such frauds. I've already lodged a complaint online against the whole transaction and the process of delivery with the Colaba Police Station so that necessary steps can be initiated to prevent such companies committing frauds in future with others. I tried to contact your Customer Care number but no one picked up and was expecting a call back from you. I've also mailed a query/complaint on Xpressbees website. I also initiated a complaint with the Cyber Cell but they asked me to share the online link, I couldn't remember the company's name nor the site where i'd ordered, whether it was facebook or You tube or any other social media, I would have lost you . But I checked for the Order date and checked the YouTube videos though I was uncertain to get the same advertisement again after so many days. But luckily I got it and here I'm reaching out to you.
This is very demoralising for our online shopping. After paying Rs. 1500/-, so many of them must have received this cheap Rs. 100/- reading glasses instead of your genuine product and must have accepted it lying down. I'm very busy, I have a lot of assignments to do but I felt very cheated and have spent my precious 3 hours today on Sunday. Thank God it was a sunday, I was there at home to request the delivery boy to take a video o[censored]npacking the Parcel. I would also like to point out that the reading glass box does not have your company logo as you can see in the video nor the cardboard packing had any company logo, it was packed in a plain cardboard box with Xpressbees invoice and not Archies Hub invoice.
Kindly take this very seriously as I order hundreds of items online and don't want to lose trust . Please look into the matter as these kinds of frauds will affect the whole online business community and we customers will again go to malls, feel the product and enjoy our shopping with outings.
