As i ordered a cake on the occasion of birthday on 6 of march. It was to be delivered on 10 of march. Till now my order has not reached. I wrote mails to enquire about my order on 9 march and 10 march as well. There has been no response from your end. Is this the way you treat your customers. I made the online payment. Whats the fun of ordering from your site. Don't you people have any liability to respond. I dropped mail on your enquiry session and whatsapp contact as well. I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and have ready paid 761 rupees for it. The order was supposed to be delivered on 21st march 2019 but it has not yet been delivered. I tried contacting customer care about it but there was no reply from their side. Nobody picks up the call. This is unacceptable. I want my money back.
