My shipment order no. Wc143216, which i ordered to witty cart, and they sent me from blue dart. I received the parcel dated 18/4/19, after opening the parcel i came to know that air cooler is not working.
Dated 18/4/19, i raised complain to witty cart via my mail id info @wittycart.com, as per their policy i should raise complain within 3 days of delivery of parcel than only they will accept the complain and can refund of money.
For this product i had paid rs 2499.00
Pls do needful to me.

The artic air cooler which received is damaged and the multi directions air vent was completely broken also the usb can't connect. please make arrangement for the return of the product.

the artic air cooler which I have received is damaged and cannot connect with USB. I paid 4200. I didnot get the use of any single money. please make arrangements for the replacement of the product or even the replacement is okke. pleace collect this damaged product.
